There are proposals to develop the Wests Garage site on Newmarket Road. The current application proposes the building of a four story 257 student hotel. The planning submission was given in just before Christmas. The timing has meant that residents have not been able to give the application heir full attention.
The Cambridge News have run a story on it and you can find more details of the application by going to the council website and clicking on ‘Documents’.
Comments and objections can be viewed by clicking on ‘Comments’.
A local resident has photographed the area and projected the proposed development onto it.
